Mama: 22 years
Ben has been singing "I'm feelin' 22!" to me all week!
Weight Loss/Gain: Still only +5! I thought my scale was broken since I haven't gained in a while, but I got an accurate measurement at my doctors appointment on Wednesday.
Sleep: I actually feel pretty normal right now which is great! Although, there's been a few nights I've had a hard time falling asleep so we will see if that continues.
Movement: Baby girl moves ALL the time! She's a wild one for sure. The other day she did a big roll instead of her usual jabs and it felt alien. I actually felt a little nauseous for a second but then I was so excited about it. I was having trouble falling asleep the other night and asked her to entertain me and she started moving around some more. Precious, although I'm sure it was just a coincidence. (;
Cravings/Aversions: I haven't been feeling like my usual ravenous self. Still making sure to get lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. And a Reese's every now and then. (;
What I Miss: I keep hearing commercials for Twisted Colossus, the new roller coaster at Six Flags, I'm bummed that I probably won't get the chance to ride that before we move back to AZ but her movements give me butterflies too!
Mood: Just as everything else I feel like I'm pretty normal here too. But maybe we should check in with Ben! Haha.
Milestones: Time is flying! I really can't believe how fast this is all going by. Nothing "milestone" worthy to report. Except that maybe one of my maternity shorts actually fits now!
Best Moment this Week: Our friends came down from 29 Palms and we visited the aquarium, beach, and had a nice breakfast & dinner on my birthday! And it's not pregnancy related, but I tackled my first wallpapering paper job!
Baby's Development: Baby girl weighs one whole pound! She can also perceive light and dark and is developing her sense of touch. Her irises still lack color but she has tiny tooth buds forming under her gums and her pancreas is developing to play its role in hormone production.
Mom's Development: I have heart burn almost every single night so the package of tums in my night stand is a LIFE SAVER. I've also been having Braxton Hicks every now and then. These practice contractions don't hurt but I don't like how everything feels all tight and hard, it's somewhat uncomfortable. But I'm sure once I'm in labor I'll be praying that the real contractions felt like Braxton Hicks!
Looking forward to: Getting motivated enough to sign up for birth classes! I really need to but I haven't. My next Drs appointment isn't for 6 weeks. Which I'm annoyed about because I could be in Arizona if it weren't for the appointments I have to have in August in September. But I will be home for all of October and that month I'm having my baby shower! My mom and friends have been planning it in secret so I have NO idea about any of the details. Which is actually really nice! I'm so thankful for the people I have in my life.

Celebrating with my babe this week was super fun! I can't wait for her to get here so we can have even more good times together.
Mama loves you sweet girl!
Little miss Harlee Mae got to test out baby Dehne's mamaRoo
& a few of her cloth diapers too!
We touched anemones, sea urchins, and coral at the aquarium.
Did you know that you can get a "hug" from a sea urchin?
If you stick your finger in-between their spines they will tighten up around it!
It had been raining all morning but things finally cleared up and we hit the beach.
Rylee and the boys had so much fun playing in the water. But my belly did NOT like the cold.
Then we went to dinner at the cutest place.
The food was to die for!
Ry gave baby girl lots of smooches & love.
It was the sweetest thing.
I'm so happy that we spent the weekend with our best friends!
It wouldn't have been the same without all of you!
